Hello, The reason you are running into that red line is because it is a 14hr shift violation. At the bottom of logbook you will see 3 boxes while that red line is showing, if you hover your mouse over the boxes you will see the line turn dark red when you are over the SHIFT box. I have never seen our software show incorrect hours, for that you would have to get into a chat session with one of our techs to take a look, www.logbook.com click on the chat now button on the right side.
