Just go to http://www.logbook.com/customer/Download.aspx?Installer=Logbook to download the software. After you install click on ALREADY REGISTERED, enter your email address and password. You will then need to enter your previous 8 days of logs. If you old computer still works, you can open Logbook, click FILE>>BACKUP>>LOCAL, which you can back up to a flash drive. Then on the new computer, open Logbook, FILE>>RESTORE>>FROM LOCAL. If you need more help please go to www.logbook.com and click on the CHAT NOW button on the right side to connect with a tech.
