This feature that you offer is it legal? The reason I ask is because is under §395.8 Driver's record of duty status. In the interpretations question two says
“Question: May a rubber stamp signature be used on a driver’s record of duty status?
Guidance: No, a driver’s record of duty status must bear the signature of the driver whose time is recorded thereon.”
Wouldn’t this be considered a rubber stamp?
