I am sorry you haven't been able to get support. Sounds like you need to run Windows updates on your computer to help resolve the printing issue, that is mostly caused by a Microsoft .NET framework issue. If that doesn't help then please go to www.Logbook.com and click on the CHAT NOW button to connect with a technician that can help troubleshoot the issue.
