The Software is trying to calculate a reset and cannot do so without further data. When you take one day off duty it cannot guesstimate what you next action will be. When you take two days off it will attempt to apply a 34 hour restart depending on what jurisdiction you are using. Once you have taken your off duty time and placed your self as driving again you will see a accurate recap. If you have any issues, please go to www.logbook.com and click on the CHAT NOW button on the right side to connect with a technician. They are available Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm MTN Time.
