I am sorry that you're having trouble registering Logbook. One issue it could be is that your username is too long. The username gets generated off your email I believe. Try to shorten that up and see if it works. As far as the error, please go to www.Logbook.com and click on the CHAT NOW button and have a technicain take a look at it.
