Are you using our standard form, or a special form? And are you printing after the log is completed, or on the same day?
Also, try logging in at the website. Visit www.logbook.com, and click the "Login" button in the top-right of the web page. Then when you go to forums you'll be able to see all the forums (including general support) not just the "presales" forum.
