Yes, but you will need software from a third-party provider.
If you search Google for "Free PDFPrinter" you should find some good options. Basically you Print from the Logbook software, but select the PDF Printer as the printer (rather than a real printer that would print to paper). It will then generate a PDF instead of a paper document.
