    New Carrier wanting Eclipse software

Hello. I am a carrier that is in need of 5 licenses, but I have been trying to get someone to return my phone calls and emails for just about a week now. Any advice to get through?

We are very good about returning calls, so I'm confused. Be sure to leave your area code and phone number, along with a good time to call you.

We recommend emails only for low-priority items because they don't have a guaranteed response time.

We also have live chat at the website during business hours almost all the time.

If you want a fleet-oriented solution, you might want to look at our fleet solutions at www.rapidlog.com. You can purchase floating licenses of Eclipse Logbook, and get all the data and reports consolidated at a website.

    Hope that helps,
