We do have a Swift form, although it might not be the latest. Let us know your email address (contact support directly rather than posting it here on the forums where anyone can see it) and we'll point your account at that form. If it is outdated, you can send us unused paper forms and we'll generate a template for you.

I work for Swift and there is a Swift Module. It does work and I have not had log error and when scanning it is accepted on the other end.

I could use a copy of that Swift Transportation module. I think we are up to version 8 now if that helps to tell if what you have is up to date.

Send an email to support@logbook.com and tell them you need the latest Swift form.

They have to attach it to your account, so either include your email address you used when registering, or your serial number (Help > About). Don't post your email or serial number here in the forums where anyone can see them.

    Cheers,
