    Tech Support Kinda Sucks!

    Well it been almost 2 feakin weeks since I sent a post about template for this software. Is there are no tech support? If so whats the problem? Why so long to get a response? Here is the question again ONE MORE TIME!!!! Ok My company uses the CMCA Logbook ( Colorado Motor Carriers Association Log Book ) I just wnat to know if you have a template? Thankjs in advance

    I don't mean to be disrespectful, but you are out of line. You posted your message one week ago, and I replied at 5:00 in the morning to your post from 9:40 the previous night. See the message in the sales you titled "Issue with Logbook" (I believe it's the one just prior to this one).

    Our tech support frickin rocks.

    I'll repeat myself here...

    If your form is preprinted with carrier name and address, you can use that form. We will need you to send us unused paper copies so we can make a template. If the form is blank, then we need permission from the copyright holder before we can make a template. It may be easier to use one of our other standard forms which we will be glad to attach to your account.

    If you have any more questions, and wish to ask them in a civil manner, I (and anyone else on our staff) will be glad to assist you.

     I don't mean to be disrespectful but i never received an email stating you replied to my request! So how in the hell am I to know if you replied to my request if I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING YOU DID!! HUH????

    I see your confusion. Forums are like a bulletin board, you have to go and look at them.

    You can sign up for email notifications, but they're different.

    Also, if you prefer email, you can just email us at support@logbook.com, and when we reply it shows right up in your email box.

     Sorry Sir there was no confusion.I've been a tech for about 15 years and every tech forum I am on even today I never had needed to opt for email responses to any posts that I made. It was always automatic. So I guess your forum software does not do that. I guess yoiu had the automatic email setup option turned off in you forum configuration setup or the forum software did not have that option for automatic email responses. Thanks for the heads up ;)

    No problem.

    I've gotten "stuck" waiting for support with other companies, so I know that's a frustrating feeling.
