    i am not able to enter the information in the e-mail location, and as for unlocking, I cannot go any further ith this. I already paid for it and i am having issues because I am not able to put my name in the log.

    I think you are having an issue with Large Fonts.Sometimes you can just type it in, even though it doesn't display correctly.

    Otherwise, switch your system off of Large Fonts just during installation/unlock. After that you can switch back and things will work fine.
