That's a nice price... however... it's Windows CE which (I assume you know) is a step down from regular Windows XP/Vista/7, so it doesn't have enough power to run Logbook.
Keep your eyes open for Window 7 netbooks at least... and that's mostly if you want a small form-factor. For just a bit more than a Win 7 netbook, you can get a pretty nice full-size/more powerful laptop. But I'd go no lower than a Win 7 netbook.
