We are just over ten people.
If you leave a voice message we almost always get those calls back in two hours maximum. Emails are processed when the call queue is empty, so if you just send email asking for a call, that's not the best way to get a hold of us for high-priority situations.
Also we have live chat which almost always is instant response. Have you tried that? It's on the website in the top-left corner.
And then, of course, there's forums, which is how you found me. :-)
