Hello, Open the software and at the very top you will see a release date, 3/21/2011 is the latest version of the software. If you need to upgrade you will need to make sure you have a current subscription with us, if you do not, you can purchase it at www.logbook.com. I believe we are going to have an update coming out soon, not sure on a specific release date though. The software will give you a notification if there is an update available by giving you an icon in the bottom right of the software.
